A word from

Dear Parents,

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your support and understanding during the recent series of tornado threats that we experienced throughout the day. I understand that it can be a difficult and stressful time for families, and I want to thank you for your resolve and commitment to keeping our children, teachers, and community safe.

I want to assure you we take the safety of our students and staff very seriously, and we have implemented a number of measures to ensure they are protected at all times. We have closely monitored the weather conditions throughout the day, and we have made adjustments to our school schedules and activities as needed to ensure the safety of everyone.

In addition to our commitment to safety, we are also committed to keeping our community informed. We understand that it is important for families to be aware of what is happening and to have access to accurate and up-to-date information. We have made a point of regularly updating our website, social media channels, and local news outlets with the most recent information and guidance.

Once again, I want to thank you for your support and understanding during this difficult time. We will continue to work closely with local authorities and meteorologists to ensure that we are doing everything possible to keep our students, teachers, and community safe.

Yours in Education,

Quintin Shepherd, Ph.D.

Superintendent of Schools
