The Victoria Independent School District will open Student Priority Registration for the 2026–27 school year from April 1 through April 30, encouraging families to register early to Save Their Seat at their home-zoned campus.
All students who plan to attend a VISD school for the 2026–27 school year must complete registration through the district’s online system. This includes both returning and new students, as well as students enrolling in the Early Childhood Center and Pre-K programs. Online registration will be available in English and Spanish.
Student Priority Registration allows families to confirm enrollment early and helps campuses plan staffing, class sizes, and resources for the upcoming school year. Families who register during the April priority window improve the likelihood of securing placement at their home-zoned campus. VISD strongly encourages families to complete registration as early as possible to Save Your Seat.
Parents and guardians of students currently enrolled in VISD must have a valid and up-to-date guardian email address on file with their child’s campus by March 4, 2026.. This information is required to receive an individualized Snapcode, which serves as a secure access key for returning students to complete online registration.
Snapcodes will be emailed to guardians of current VISD students on file during the week of March 23, 2026. Families with more than one student enrolled in VISD should expect to receive a separate Snapcode for each child.
Both new and returning students will be required to provide proof of address and a parent or guardian photo ID. Students enrolling in Early Education, Pre-K3, Pre-K, Kindergarten, or seventh grade must also submit an updated immunization record. Campuses will contact families directly if additional documentation is needed.
Families are highly encouraged to mark their calendars and take advantage of Student Priority Registration from April 1 through April 30 to Save Their Seat for the 2026–27 school year.
